About the Role:

Care Delivery is the infrastructure that powers how Maven members access care and how our providers deliver it. Every program we run across maternity, fertility, menopause, and pediatrics, depends on it. It's where clinical workflows, provider tooling, and the systems that make care measurable, billable, and scalable at Maven's scale all come together.

We're looking for a Product Manager to help build that platform: the EHR and clinical tooling, provider workflows, messaging, and the data and billing infrastructure that turn Maven's care model into something reliable and scalable. You'll own defined capabilities within the platform and drive them from problem to shipped, in close partnership with engineering, clinical, design, and operations. It's a high-leverage seat. What you build here touches every program Maven offers.

You'll report to the Group Product Manager, Care Delivery, and work closely with our providers, as well as Clinical Product, Member Experience, Operations, and the Data and AI Platform teams.

What You’ll Do:

Own specific Care Delivery capabilities end-to-end, provider workflows, clinical documentation, messaging, scheduling and matching, or quality and billing infrastructure, from problem definition through launch and iteration.

Make crisp, well-reasoned product decisions, especially where clinical accuracy and provider experience are both at stake.

Use AI hands-on to move faster, prototyping with AI tools to test ideas and pressure-test flows before committing engineering time, and identify and build AI-powered capabilities into the care delivery platform where they genuinely improve the provider or member experience.

Partner daily with engineering and design to ship reliable platform capabilities, and with clinical and operations partners so that what you build works for real providers and members.

Translate regulatory and quality requirements, like HEDIS measures and clinical coding, into clean product experiences that add value without adding friction.

Instrument what you ship, watch how it performs, and iterate. Bring data to every decision.

Build platform primitives, reusable capabilities that serve many programs, rather than one-off features.

Bring a point of view on how AI can improve care delivery workflows, and put it to work in how you build.

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years in product management, ideally with some time in healthcare tech or another complex, regulated, or operations-heavy domain.

A strong executor: you take ambiguous problems, break them down, and ship, without needing everything defined for you.

Solid data instincts: you define the right metrics, work with real datasets, and communicate findings clearly to both clinical and commercial audiences.

Comfort with technical and clinical complexity: you can hold your own in an engineering sprint and a clinical review, and you're eager to learn the domain fast (FHIR, interoperability, EHR workflows).

Genuine care for providers and members: the people using what you build show up in your decisions.

Clear, direct communication and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Fluency with AI and a genuine desire to build with it: you understand how modern AI models work well enough to know where they're reliable and where they aren't, you reach for AI tools to prototype and think, and you're excited to ship AI-powered features rather than just talk about them.

Bonus: experience with EHR or EMR systems, clinical workflows, healthcare interoperability, or provider-facing tools.

The base salary range for this role is 155,000-185,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, experience, and skillset.

Our teams primarily operate from the New York Metropolitan area, NY, San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and Seattle, WA. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week  (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For those based in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and Seattle, WA, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to attend quarterly Work Together Days within these cities. This policy aims to balance remote work flexibility with the benefits of face-to-face interaction.
