Product Manager
We are on the lookout for a strategic Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our products. This role involves crafting roadmaps, understanding user needs through qualitative and quantitative research, and leading a cross-functional product team including ML engineers. The ideal candidate will be experienced in driving products from conception to launch, adept at iterating based on real user feedback, and skilled at managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
What you'll do
Own the roadmap: translate already-defined business objectives and priorities into a roadmap the engineering and design teams can execute, sequencing what matters now versus later.
Define collaboratively: work with the Tech Lead to shape features from an engineering standpoint, and with the UX/UI team to define how they should be designed.
Drive execution: work with the Project Manager to break the roadmap into trackable sub-items and keep delivery on schedule.
Lead client demos: Run product demos with prospective clients and communicate clearly the value the platform adds to their software development cycle.
Support go-to-market: Collaborate with Growth to help shape how the product is positioned and sold.
Align with the business: keep the roadmap connected to Arionkoder's broader innovation program, working directly with innovation team stakeholders.
Required Skills and Competencies:
5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with some exposure to AI solutions
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead product teams and manage comprehensive product development cycles.
Ownership & Reliability: Demonstrated commitment to meeting project milestones, maintaining transparent progress, and ensuring consistent follow-through on product decisions.
Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in setting and evaluating product metrics to ensure that the product delivers on performance and quality.
Robust Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging stakeholders.
User-Centric Design Understanding: Knowledge of user research practices and their application in product design and development.
Nice to have
Industry Experience: Prior experience in product-focused companies, dealing with products at various stages of their lifecycle.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with advanced development technologies and trends, particularly in AI-assisted Engineering.
