At Super Technologies, data isn't a support function — it's at the heart of every major decision we make. As a Product / Commercial Data Scientist, you'll work at the intersection of product, commercial, and marketing strategy. Your analyses won't sit in slide decks; they'll directly inform how millions of customers engage with our products.

What the role involves

Be the Decision Engine

Run deep-dive analyses into customer behaviour, product usage, and commercial performance to uncover the causal drivers behind key trends, not just surface-level metrics

Shape Strategy with Data

Inform product roadmaps, commercial tactics, and marketing strategies by framing the right questions, running experiments (including A/B testing and causal inference), and delivering insights that drive key decisions

Automate Intelligence

Define Metrics and KPIs, build dashboards and develop re-useable frameworks that help teams across Super make smarter, faster, data-driven decisions

Partner Across the Business

Collaborate with Product Managers, Commercial leads, Engineers, Designers, and Marketers, bringing analytical rigour to day-to-day decisions

Tackle Ambiguity

Translate business questions into sharp analytical problems, bringing structure to fast-moving projects

What we are looking for

2–4 years of relevant experience in analytics and/or product data science roles, ideally in product or commercial domains, with a track record of turning analysis into clear recommendations

SQL fluency (Snowflake) as a non-negotiable foundation, with a solid grounding in statistical/experimental methods and comfort with storytelling with data various using tools (Tableau)

Proficient in using AI tools (Claude/Gemini) to accelerate analytics, coding, experimentation, and insight generation, with strong judgment to validate outputs and ensure accuracy.

Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field — or equivalent work experience

Skills & mindset

The ability to transform complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, making data accessible and actionable for decision-making

Good commercial and product instincts: connecting data outputs to business outcomes, product design, and customer behaviour rather than treating analysis as an end in itself

A bias for impact: orienting work around driving measurable change rather than model perfection, with success measured by whether analyses move the needle

Comfortable framing and running well-defined analyses independently, whilst knowing when to bring a manager or senior data scientist in on more ambiguous or cross-functional questions

Why join us?

High impact: your datasets will be used daily by teams making product decisions, running experiments, and driving performance

Real scale, real problems: handle serious data volumes — millions of events per day, multiple sources, and zero fluff

Freedom to shape: influence our data architecture, tooling, and best practices — not just implementing, but building

What we offer

Medical / Health Insurance

Open Annual Leave

Employee Assistance Programme

Training & Learning Development

Competitive compensation & performance-based bonuses

Wellness perks & team social budget

Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.
