As a Strategic People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in Greece, supporting the full employee lifecycle, whilst reporting to the Head of HR for Greece, who also oversees other international markets. This high-impact role combines strategic depth with operational execution, collaborating with global People teams and Centres of Excellence to champion strategic projects and drive cultural alignment. Whilst based in Greece and primarily focused on the Greek entity, the role is open to supporting additional markets or functions as the business evolves.

What the role involves

Strategic HR Business Partnering

Partner with local and international business leaders on organisational design, talent planning, and team effectiveness.

Use data-driven insights to support business growth, scalability, and workforce planning.

Coach managers and leaders to drive performance management, engagement, and development across allocated business lines.

Talent, Culture & Development

Champion Super's culture and values through local activation, leadership engagement, and communication.

Drive succession planning and lead inclusion, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.

Partner with leaders to create and execute individual development plans that build leadership capability.

Change Management & Cross-Regional Collaboration

Lead organisational design and change management initiatives during transformations or market expansions.

Act as the bridge between local operations and the wider international People team, ensuring consistent and compliant people practices in line with Greek labour law.

What we are looking for

5–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling, or international organisation.

Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic people decisions.

Knowledge of Greek employment law and local HR compliance requirements.

Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills across levels of seniority.

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach — comfortable moving from big-picture thinking to day-to-day execution.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR data to generate insights and support decision-making.

Ability to navigate complex, matrixed, and international organisational environments.
