About the role

You’ll make sure our shoots happen on time, on budget, and on brief, while building the production systems and talent roster that help Hims & Hers scale its creative output. You’ll own video and photo production from planning to delivery, partnering with strategists, videographers, editors and talent to bring ideas to life. You’ll report into the Growth creative team.

What you’ll be doing

Plan and produce video and photo shoots end to end, from brief and scheduling through to shoot-day execution, post-production handoff and delivery.

Build shoot schedules, shot lists, call sheets and budgets; forecast, track and reconcile spend while managing scope and timelines.

Build and manage a reliable roster of creators, talent, crew and suppliers to support regular studio, location and remote shoots. Book locations, equipment and studio space.

Partner with strategists, videographers and editors to solve production challenges and turn creative briefs into finished work. Coordinate larger campaigns with external crews or production partners and clear post-production schedules when needed.

Run the set: keep people informed, manage approvals, solve problems quickly, and keep the day on track.

Manage talent agreements, releases, usage rights, and consent, including sensitive and appropriate handling of customer and patient stories and testimonials.

Build and improve production workflows and tracking systems to support a consistent shoot cadence and efficient creative output.

Hand off cleanly to post-production, with organised footage and consistent naming and job numbers.

About you

10+ years of experience producing for film, content or an agency, ideally with a film background.

Proven ability to lead shoots of different sizes, from lo-fi in-house days to larger multi-talent productions, managing crew, talent, schedules and approvals.

Experience producing social-first or performance creative, with a portfolio or reel demonstrating your work.

Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and vendor management skills, with established relationships among local suppliers, freelancers or production crew.

Able to turn complex production challenges into clear plans and milestones, and improve workflows as output grows.

Calm, organised and resourceful when plans change, with strong attention to detail across multiple moving parts.

A proactive collaborator and clear communicator who works well with creatives, talent, suppliers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

Experience setting up or managing an in-house studio.

Experience producing integrated multichannel campaigns or larger TVC productions.

Experience working with real-person stories, testimonials, or UGC.

On-set camera assistant or directing experience, art direction, or basic editing or camera skills.
