Opportunity

We are seeking a Principal Manager, Client Growth & Success who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strategic partnerships with complex healthcare organizations. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by partnering with clients, driving measurable outcomes, and creating value for clients, providers, and members.

This position will primarily support integrated healthcare delivery organizations, requiring the ability to navigate complex clinical, operational, and executive stakeholder groups while serving as a trusted strategic advisor. Success in this role requires strong relationship management, consultative problem-solving, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around client goals to maximize program adoption, outcomes, and long-term partnership success.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and customer-obsessed. You are a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve problems, navigating ambiguity, motivated by impact, and naturally collaborative.

Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Client Value

Build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, KPIs, and long-term success.

Navigate complex integrated healthcare organizations, including integrated delivery networks, provider-led organizations, and integrated payer-provider systems and align internally divergent stakeholder priorities within those organizations.

Develop deep expertise in Twin Health’s programs, clinical operations, implementation process, and growth marketing strategies to serve as a high-impact strategic consultant for each client.

Provide data-driven, consultative recommendations to improve program adoption, member engagement, clinical outcomes, and overall client satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver compelling executive business reviews, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations tailored to each client's organizational goals.

Proactively monitor client health, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to improve satisfaction, adoption, retention, and long-term partnership success.

Drive momentum and decision-making with clients who default to caution or delay, without damaging the relationship — proactively bringing recommendations and next steps rather than waiting for the client to initiate.

Influence adoption across multidisciplinary stakeholder groups by aligning clinical, operational, financial, and member experience objectives.

Turn high-performing clients into brand advocates through success stories, testimonials, case studies, and reference opportunities.

Drive Adoption & Engagement

Develop and execute strategies that maximize program adoption, provider engagement, and member participation to achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Leverage data and performance insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling client success stories, case studies, and referenceable proof points.

Support and lead client events, webinars, and strategic initiatives that strengthen engagement and partnership value.

Grow Revenue & Renewals

Own and manage the full client renewal lifecycle for your portfolio, ensuring successful renewals and long-term client retention.

Identify and secure expansion and upsell opportunities by aligning Twin Health solutions with evolving client priorities.

Surface and communicate renewal or expansion risks early while partnering cross-functionally to develop and execute mitigation plans.

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the strategic point of contact for complex enterprise partnerships, coordinating across Implementation, Clinical, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Business Development to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Partner closely with client clinical, operational, and executive leaders to identify opportunities for workflow optimization, operational improvements, and strategic growth.

Partner with Member Marketing to develop promotional strategies and engagement toolkits that drive adoption and measurable program impact.

Demonstrate ownership and accountability by proactively solving problems, operating with urgency, and leading through influence to meet client and business objectives.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Client Success, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, Partnership Management, or a similar client-facing role within healthcare.

Experience supporting integrated delivery networks (IDNs), health systems, integrated payer-provider organizations (pay-viders), value-based care organizations, or other complex healthcare enterprises is strongly preferred.

Proven track record of building strategic client partnerships that drive adoption, client retention, revenue growth, and long-term business value.

Experience managing highly matrixed enterprise organizations with multiple executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, clinical operations, population health, and value-based care principles.

Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and successfully lead cross-functional initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering measurable client outcomes.

Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
