Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Analytics Associate Engineer to join our Data Platform team, supporting the data-driven insights and product analytics that directly improve member outcomes and Care Team effectiveness. This is a great opportunity to grow at the intersection of product, data, and healthcare — working alongside our Data Engineering and Product Analytics team to help translate Member and Care Team data into actionable insights, while building deep, hands-on experience with modern analytics engineering practices. You'll partner with Product Managers, Area owners, Care Team leads, and Data Engineers, with support and mentorship from senior team members as you grow into greater ownership of your own product areas.

Responsibilities

Assist Product Managers and Area owners with data pulls, ad hoc analysis, and basic reporting to support their day-to-day decision-making

Help set up and monitor A/B tests — building tracking queries, checking data quality during test runs, and summarizing results for senior team members to review

Write and maintain SQL queries and dbt models for specific, well-scoped tables and metrics, with code review and guidance from senior analytics engineers

Build and update components of dashboards and reports in our BI tools (e.g., adding a new metric, fixing a broken visualization) under the direction of senior team members

Help track and report on established KPIs across product areas — member engagement, CGM utilization, Care Team effectiveness — using existing frameworks and definitions

Learn our data architecture by working closely with Data Engineers, asking questions, and gradually taking on small pipeline tasks

Run data quality checks on assigned datasets and flag anomalies or inconsistencies to the team

Practice communicating findings clearly in team meetings and written summaries, building toward more stakeholder-facing work over time

Contribute to documentation (data dictionaries, metric definitions) for the models and reports you work on

Ask questions, seek feedback, and take initiative in identifying small improvements to existing processes

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field

1–3 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role (internships and co-ops count)

Solid SQL skills — comfortable writing joins, aggregations, and window functions; eager to deepen query complexity and optimization skills

Some exposure to dbt (data build tool) or a strong willingness to learn data modeling and transformation practices quickly

Familiarity with cloud data warehouses — Snowflake preferred, though experience with any modern warehouse (BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) is welcome

Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent

Strong analytical curiosity — a genuine interest in connecting data to real product and business decisions

Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset — comfortable asking questions and learning from senior teammates

Bonus: Healthcare or digital health experience, or a personal interest in health and wellness

This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
