Opportunity
We're seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Client Growth & Success Operations Associate - Health Plans to support the AVP of Client Success - Health Plans in operationalizing a large, strategic health plan partnership spanning multiple lines of business and growing a portfolio of employer groups. You’ll own the operational backbone - accurate data, recurring reporting, renewal and lifecycle tracking, and cross-functional follow-through. You will help connect the strategic health plan relationship with the operational execution required across the downstream employer portfolio.

Responsibilities
Support Strategic Health Plan Operations
Support the AVP of Client Success - Health Plans in the operational management of a large, complex strategic health plan partnership spanning multiple lines of business and employer groups.
Partner closely with the Client Growth & Success team managing employer relationships within the health plan channel to support consistent execution across the portfolio.
Manage recurring operational processes, calendars, trackers, and documentation to ensure key deadlines, deliverables, and partnership requirements are met.
Maintain accurate employer and program-level information, including program selections, renewal status, effective dates, key contacts, and other operational details.
Prepare and distribute recurring notifications and communications related to employer and program activity.
Proactively identify missing information, upcoming deadlines, process gaps, and outstanding actions and drive follow-through to resolution.
Support ad hoc operational needs and strategic initiatives across the health plan partnership.
Maintain a clear source of truth across Salesforce and internal tracking tools, resolving inconsistencies between systems proactively.
Coordinate Reporting
Coordinate recurring reporting processes across health plan lines of business
Partner with Analytics and Reporting teams to ensure required reports are produced accurately and according to established timelines.
Review reports and supporting data for completeness and accuracy before distribution, escalating discrepancies or issues as needed.
Coordinate ad hoc reporting and data requests in support of the health plan partnership and downstream employer portfolio.
Manage Renewal & Employer Lifecycle Operations
Coordinate the annual renewal and program selection process for employer groups contracted through the health plan channel, working closely with the Client Growth & Success team responsible for the employer relationships.
Process and maintain accurate records of employer renewals, program selections, effective dates, and other changes across internal systems and source-of-truth documentation.
Track cross-functional actions associated with renewals, program additions, changes, and terminations through completion.
Maintain visibility into upcoming renewals, outstanding decisions, and lifecycle changes and proactively escalate risks or delays.
Design and maintain visibility tools (trackers, dashboards) that surface upcoming renewals, outstanding decisions, and risks to leadership in real time.
Drive Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement
Serve as an operational point of coordination between the Health Plan and Client Growth & Success teams and the cross-functional teams supporting the partnership.
Drive follow-through on cross-functional action items, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and completion.
Document and maintain operating procedures, workflows, templates, and tools that support consistent execution across the health plan channel.
Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate recurring operational processes.
Support preparation for health plan meetings and internal reviews by coordinating data, materials, action items, and follow-up as needed.

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in client success operations, program coordination, project management, healthcare operations, account management, or a related role.
Strong organizational and analytical skills — comfortable managing recurring processes, high volumes of detail, and multiple data sources (spreadsheets, reports, CRM records) simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify gaps, anticipate needs, and drive work through completion.
Collaborative and effective at coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
Comfortable working independently and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience in healthcare, digital health, health plans, or employee benefits preferred.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) and project management or ticketing tools such as JIRA and Zendesk preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 annually.
