Premium Cash Assistant

As a Premium Cash Assistant, you will be our customers' and agents' first point of contact. Under the supervision of the Premium Cash Officer, you will manage the daily reconciliation of transactions in our Premium Agency based in the upcountry.

In this role, you’ll;

Help agents nearby with liquidity needs (deposits and withdrawals).

Support agent/client needs (Wave's offer, opening an account, how the system works, the app, physical card…, etc.).

Maintain daily reconciliation of premium points.

Ensure that all cash management transactions are correctly recorded in the treasury system.

Request promptly sufficient funds to ensure rebalance with agents/clients.

Report any discrepancies or challenges encountered to the Premium Cash Officer.

Notify fake bills to Leadership.

Key details

Location: We are hiring for our Premium Agency based in Kanel.

Work authorization in Sénégal is required.

This is a permanent contract.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a cashier in cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, cash handling, or delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent.

Strong proficiency in French.

Previous experience in front-office customer service or in the banking sector

Be very vigilant, detail-oriented, and have strong integrity.
