What You’ll Get to Do

Coral Industries has crafted quality bath & shower enclosures since 1976, & since 2006 has grown into a premium manufacturer of aluminum & glass systems, entrance doors, storefronts, curtainwalls, window walls & sunshades. Now, Coral Architectural Products (CAP) is standing up as its own standalone facility, and we're looking for the Plant Manager who will lead it from the ground floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Full plant operations for CAP, spanning manufacturing, safety, quality & operational excellence, as the facility establishes its own identity

Leadership & mentorship of an established front-end team plus production supervisors, building a winning culture & a strong succession bench

Stabilization of the newly retrofitted OBE door production line, resolving conversion issues & raising product standards

Delivery of business objectives & production schedules across both the Coral door line and the OBE product line

A genuinely collaborative relationship with Coral Glass plant leadership, given shared proximity & shared staff

Plant optimization & automation initiatives, bringing new technology, robotics & control systems to the facility

Continuous improvement work that reduces downtime, improves throughput & increases OEE

Capital project leadership, from business case through implementation, as the facility scales

Integration of MES/ERP systems, data analytics & real-time reporting into daily plant decisions

A culture of innovation & mentorship that develops existing talent as the team grows

What We Are Looking For

7+ years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment

Hands-on experience with budgeting, quality assurance & equipment troubleshooting

A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or comparable experience gained on the job

Exposure to plant optimization, automation, or digital transformation projects

Comfort managing capital projects for automation & equipment upgrades from concept to completion

Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, with familiarity in OEE, KPI dashboards & performance analytics

Experience operating within a shared-space or shared-staff facility model, and a track record of proactive cross-team communication

A background partnering with or leading front-end teams (estimating, project management, customer service) in a custom or made-to-order environment

The drive to stabilize and scale a growing operation
