As a key member of our HR team, you’ll play a vital role in aligning business objectives with people strategies. You’ll partner with leaders and employees to build an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving strategic alignment of people and business goals across departments.
Partnering with managers to cultivate strong working relationships, boost morale, and improve retention.
Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding to bring in exceptional people who thrive in our culture.
Shaping and executing an employee engagement strategy that fosters belonging and growth.
Leading and facilitating performance and development programs that connect individual goals to company success.
Partnering on succession planning, career path frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.
Managing complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and compliance.
Using data insights to advise on workforce trends, retention, and talent development.
Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong focus on CA employment standards
What We Are Looking For
We’re searching for an HR professional who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to the table.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred)
Deep understanding of California employment law
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
Position Pay Range
$110,000—$120,000 USD
