About the Role
CTG is seeking a Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) Engineer to design and lead scalable, secure, mission-driven technical solutions supporting federal modernization initiatives.
You Will Get To
Support and maintain Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) across field sites
Administer and troubleshoot Gallagher and C•CURE PACS platforms
Manage supporting Windows Server and SQL Server infrastructure
Provide field-site technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support ePACS deployments, automation, and environment maintenance
Troubleshoot on-site hardware issues in coordination with the ePACS team
Support ePACS database infrastructure and field-site connectivity
Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
Who You Are
A hands-on engineer with experience supporting physical access control systems
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure
Comfortable supporting field sites and working through technical issues independently
Organized and customer-focused with strong documentation and communication skills
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Gallagher and/or C•CURE PACS
Experience with Windows Server and SQL Server
Familiarity with networking, field hardware, and system connectivity
Experience supporting system deployments, maintenance, or automation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Lenel physical access control systems
Experience with DevOps tools and practices
Experience supporting distributed or remote field-site infrastructure
Relevant PACS/ePACS certifications
Salary
We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $80k–$120k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
