Monitor and track employment law requirements in every state where CTG has employees, including paid leave, final pay, wage and hour rules, required notices and postings, and state tax and registration requirements. Flag changes and recommend policy updates.

Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, state leave programs, ADA) and answer employee benefits questions in partnership with the HR and People Operations Manager.

Serve as a go-to resource for employees on workplace concerns, policy questions and HR processes.

Prepare for, facilitate and document difficult conversations, including performance concerns, conflict resolution, corrective action and separations. Support workplace investigations and accommodation requests.

Coach and advise people managers before and after sensitive employee conversations so issues are handled consistently, fairly and in compliance with policy.

Help maintain the employee handbook, state-specific addenda and documented SOPs for HR processes.

Support onboarding and offboarding, including exit interviews, and maintain accurate, confidential personnel records.

Help run performance review cycles by keeping timelines on track, following up on completion and supporting manager and employee conversations.

Support compliance with federal requirements such as DCAA and OFCCP. Track mandatory training and help prepare documentation for audits.

Who You Are
