Motion Designers Jr (con experiencia manejando IA)

As a Junior Multimedia Developer at Monks you will be responsible for Designing, creating, manipulating and tailoring graphics, images, sound, animation, video and text to create integrated multimedia social assets. A multimedia developer is able to combine design skills with technical knowledge to digital products and websites. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that all audio and visual elements align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

In this role you will

Deliver a high volume of assets on the agreed dates to achieve goals.

Generate motion and premier templates for asset production at scale.

Supporting the end-to-end production of digital assets.

Be able to adapt existing brand visuals or develop new ones.

Have the ability to adapt ideas for social media in real time.

Qualification Requirements

+1 years experience working in the advertising or production industry in a Multimedia Role.

Knowledge and experience in AI-driven content production for social media.

Video editing and motion design skills.

Tooling: Premiere, AE, Lottie, AI tools.

Strong experience in social media, creative calendar management, and asset production.

Social first ideas: deep understanding of digital platforms and social formats (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and YT).

Visualization of creative campaigns for a fashion focused ecommerce platform.

Nice to have

Good English, both spoken and written.

A strong inclination and passion for e-commerce, fashion and beauty industries.
