A day in the life:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and recommending the best modern measurement strategies for our marketing campaigns, including Statistical Modeling, experiment design for incremental impact, customer analysis, and attribution-based measurement. You’ll work out of our task management software, Asana, to coordinate delivery with other teammates

Responsibilities:

Utilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights or opportunities for improvement using R, SQL and Python

Communicate findings to internal PD stakeholders simply and eloquently, always leading to a “so what” and recommended action

Stats-based performance forecasting

Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes

Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

2+ years of experience in marketing analytics

Strong data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel

Proficiency in R or Python, and SQL

Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Understanding of data science concepts like statistical modeling, experiment design, limits of statistics, and data infrastructure to support data science

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Nice to have:

Experience with digital data collection tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics)

Experience with ad platform reporting and data systems (3rd party pixels, product catalogs, and server-side tracking)
