Marketing Manager ANZ
As a Field Marketing Manager – ANZ, you will execute integrated marketing programs — roadshows, seminars, webinars, digital campaigns, social, and direct mail — that drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty for the ANZ Sales team. You will manage vendors and program budgets end to end, partner closely with sales and marketing to identify new lead-generation opportunities, and track and report results against pipeline metrics. This role suits a detail-driven, hands-on marketer who thrives on logistics and measurable outcomes.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
Execute marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty for the ANZ Sales team, including roadshows & seminars, webinars, digital campaigns, social media, and direct mailer campaigns.
Provide logistical support pre-event — communication and program management/fulfilment — and onsite/post-event support as needed.
Manage vendor relationships, program budget, and ad hoc projects.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new programs that enhance lead generation.
Track program results, measure program success, and report metrics via Salesforce (SFDC).
Become familiar with marketing and operational tools such as SFDC, Excel, PowerPoint, and Asana.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience creating and managing field and virtual events in ANZ with at least 2 years of experience running marketing strategies within the cybersecurity sector.
Strong attention to detail, managing logistics and operations with rigour.
Ability to be innovative while working effectively in a collaborative environment.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
