As a Breach Readiness Consultant, you will be tasked with supporting the delivery of cutting-edge cybersecurity incident preparation and knowledge-building services to global enterprises. Working alongside senior consultants and engagement leads, you will facilitate tabletop exercises, breach simulations, war rooms, and purple team engagements that push the limits of customer preparedness. This is a role that blends technical acumen with strong communication skills to create lasting, measurable impact.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

Assist with the delivery of industry-leading Breach Readiness services, including workshops, tabletops, war rooms, and purple team engagements under the direction of senior consultants and engagement leads.

Support the design, facilitation, and execution of realistic incident response exercises tailored to customer environments, threat landscapes, and organizational maturity levels.

Contribute to the development of detailed and impactful deliverables, including lessons-learned reports, security improvement recommendations, and incident response playbooks.

Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate technical findings into actionable security improvements.

Support the continuous improvement of Breach Readiness services based on evolving threat trends, threat intelligence, and customer feedback.

Present technical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, from frontline security teams to C-level executives, ensuring clarity and impact.

Maintain awareness of emerging threats, attacker tactics, and industry best practices in incident response and breach readiness.

Contribute to customer success and thought leadership through documentation, case studies, and industry publications where appropriate.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

Experience delivering incident response exercises, tabletop simulations, war games, security awareness training, or similar preparedness engagements.

Proven ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, from technical practitioners to executive leadership.

Enthusiastic, driven, and confident, with the ability to clearly articulate SentinelOne's mission, product value, and business opportunity to customers and internal teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.

Strong interpersonal and client management skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with customers across all levels.

Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing services environment.

Strong foundational knowledge of incident response processes, security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27035, etc.), and breach response best practices.

Experience with EDR/XDR platforms (SentinelOne preferred) and security operations centers (SOCs) is preferred.

Background in incident response, threat hunting, or security consulting is preferred.

Relevant industry certifications such as GCIH, ECIH, CEH, or CISSP are a plus.
