The Opportunity:
As a key member of RevMed’s growing People Operations team, the Benefits & Leave Manager will guide U.S. and Canadian employees through important life events while helping build scalable, employee-centered processes and service delivery that support RevMed’s continued growth. The Benefits & Leave Manager is responsible for the hands-on administration and accurate, timely delivery of U.S. and Canada employee benefits, leave programs, workplace accommodations, workers’ compensation, and related programs. This role partners closely with Total Rewards, HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, brokers, vendors, and other stakeholders to support effective program delivery and improve employee experience, processes, workflows, self-service, and appropriate automation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner with leave management vendors and Payroll on ongoing administration and with HRBPs and Legal on complex or escalated leave matters.
Manage workplace accommodation cases from intake through resolution, including the interactive process, employee and manager guidance, documentation, pay and benefits impacts, implementation of accommodations, and return-to-work activities. Partner with HRBPs and Legal on complex or sensitive matters and escalate as appropriate.
Partner with benefits brokers, carriers, and leave vendors to monitor service delivery, resolve or escalate issues, coordinate platform and data updates, and leverage vendor resources for routine inquiries and employee self-service.
In alignment with Total Rewards strategy, lead the operational execution of Open Enrollment, approved benefits program changes, and wellness initiatives, including benefits communications and resources that support employee education and engagement. Partner with Culture, Engagement & Learning on related events.
Administer retirement plan operations, including managing employee cases, coordinating with recordkeepers, monitoring contribution limits, and resolving issues. Coordinate the annual 401(k) audit, including data collection, reconciliations, auditor coordination, and follow-up.
Coordinate and complete benefits compliance activities, including plan audits and reconciliations, required notices and filings, and related documentation, working with internal and external partners. Identify potential compliance concerns and promptly escalate material risks.
Coordinate workers’ compensation cases and related claim activities in partnership with EH&S and other relevant stakeholders, aligning with leave, workplace accommodation, and return-to-work processes when applicable.
Track and analyze benefits and leave operational metrics, including inquiry and case volumes, recurring issues, processing errors, vendor service trends, and employee experience indicators, to assess operational effectiveness and identify risks.
Use frontline insights and operational findings to recommend and implement approved improvements to benefits and leave processes, controls, workflows, self-service, and employee experience, including automation and AI opportunities. Translate approved changes into requirements, testing, documentation, and employee resources.
Maintain SOPs, guides, and other operational resources that support consistent execution, employee self-service, and business continuity.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration and related People/HR Operations, including hands-on responsibility for health and welfare and retirement programs, preferably in a high-growth or changing environment.

Experience working with benefits brokers and vendors, using benefits platforms and HR systems, and leading the operational execution of Open Enrollment and other benefits initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve employee, operational, and data issues, exercise judgment, recommend practical solutions, and manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
Strong organizational, prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt, manage competing priorities, and work effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Ability to quickly develop working knowledge of Canadian benefits, leave, workplace accommodations, and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills:
