Lead Frontend Development Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead the development of core consumer-facing products (H5 / PC, etc.), accurately implementing interaction designs while ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.

Drive frontend performance optimization efforts, covering page load speed, runtime performance, and more.

Design multi-device responsive solutions, resolve adaptation and compatibility issues, and ensure a consistent cross-device experience.

Develop technical solutions for complex modules within the Next.js ecosystem, produce development standards, and improve team efficiency.

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product launches and quickly troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of web frontend experience using the React tech stack; experience with products serving millions of users is preferred.

Proficient in HTML5/CSS3 responsive design with deep understanding of browser rendering mechanisms and performance optimization techniques.

Strong command of ES6+, with in-depth understanding of the Next.js framework principles and core features (SSR/SSG); able to build scalable architectures on top of it.

Familiar with engineering tools such as Webpack and CI/CD pipelines; possesses product thinking and cross-team collaboration skills.

Committed to clean code practices; familiar with ESLint, Prettier, and related tooling configuration; able to produce highly readable, loosely coupled code.
