Principal Tech & Product Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and maintenance of the exchange monitoring and alerting platform;

Responsible for building the observability system covering Metrics, Logs, and Tracing;

Responsible for optimizing capabilities such as alert noise reduction, distributed tracing, and anomaly analysis;

Drive system stability initiatives, including SLA management, monitoring coverage, incident detection, and emergency response;

Continuously improve the monitoring platform's performance, availability, and user experience.

Requirements

3+ years of Java backend development experience;

Proficient with observability technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, SkyWalking / OpenTelemetry;

Familiar with common infrastructure components including MySQL, Redis, and Kafka;

Familiar with stream/batch processing engines such as Flink or Spark Streaming;

Familiar with storage engines such as Thanos, Druid, and ClickHouse;

Familiar with microservice architecture and cloud-native ecosystems including Kubernetes and Docker;

Strong system design and troubleshooting skills;

Experience in stability governance or monitoring platform development is a plus.
