What you’ll have to do:

Support Buyers in everyday tasks;

Contract management: corresponding with suppliers, getting appropriate signatures, filling of contracts, monitoring of contracting stages;

Prepare and format tools (evaluation tools/ performance tools);

Organize shipments in coordination with the logistics team;

Insert and maintain data in the ERP system;

Check and follow-up with suppliers’ deviations for goods, stock updates and shipments;

Plan selling campaigns together with the Operational Planner;

Follow all the campaigns from the planning assigned to the buyer;

Pricing;

Prepare selling reports, analyze commercial data and develop strategies with the Buyer

What makes you a good fit:

Advanced Excel skills;

Fluency in English;

Analytic, organized person, able to deliver performance under stress;

Strong attention to details;

High degree of communication;

Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
