We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Trader to join our growing Sports Trading team at Superbet. This role is ideal for a sports enthusiast with a keen interest in esports, such as CS2, DOTA, LOL, or others, and a good understanding of the global esports landscape. You will play an integral role in enhancing our betting product by analyzing esports events, setting up offers, monitoring market trends, and managing risk.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a strong passion for esports and a good understanding of the global and local esports landscape;

Previous experience in a Trading role would be a bonus

Has excellent communication skills at an Advanced English level

Is flexible and easy to adapt

Proves an eye for detail

Has strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks

Has a passion for sports/sports betting

Is willing to work shifts and weekends

What you’ll be doing:

Follow local and international esports events

Analyze and provide insights on teams, players, and tournaments

Monitor the risk of the esports analysis platform

Contribute to the development of the company’s overall sports product

Add events in the back office using both manual and automated betting tools and set up betting offers

Observe market movements and provide recommendations

Control prices using a full system

Monitor customers and bet limits

Monitor and report customer activity

Communicate performance with managers, providing strategic direction where applicable

Follow international and local esports events

Follow internal competitions and esports events

Performing odds adding for special bets

Following all data changes in rules and competitions worldwide

Following players’ transfers and updating the internal databases

Checking and assigning templates for competitions and events

Checking and assigning feeds on competitions and events

Monitoring the betting ticker for any ticket delays and promptly reporting any potential issues to the product support team

Resolving odds issues either independently or in consultation with senior/offer team members

Reporting wrong odds imported from providers

Evaluating the impact of wrong odds on internal offers and communication with relevant teams to provide the best user experience

Prepare and submit incident reports to relevant teams in the event of potential complaints to regulatory bodies generated by wrong odds

Provide feedback and request improvements from the provider’s services
