In this role, you will:

Investigate, triage and resolve issues across business applications and IT systems, ensuring incidents and service requests are recorded, managed and communicated effectively.

Support end users by acting as a key point of contact for application support, technical assistance and day-to-day service requests.

Manage routine system administration activities including access management, configuration requests and software licence allocation in line with established processes.

Participate in testing, peer reviews and quality assurance activities to support system changes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate system documentation, support records and knowledge materials to improve service delivery and user support.

Proactively identify potential issues, collaborate with technical specialists and contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects and operational improvements.

What you’ll bring:

Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Experience supporting business applications, IT systems, service desk environments or end users in a professional workplace.

Experience investigating and resolving technical issues using a structured troubleshooting approach.

Understanding of incident management, service requests and user support processes.

Exposure to application testing, quality assurance activities or system change support.

Experience maintaining support documentation, system records or knowledge articles.

Ability to effectively prioritise work, manage competing requests and follow issues through to resolution.

Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to provide support to users in both languages.

Please note: This role is based in Chilca, Peru. We are seeking applicants who are currently based in the area or willing to commute daily. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for success in this role.
