We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across our Fixed Plant product portfolio.

About the role

You will develop and strengthen relationships with key customers while identifying new opportunities for profitable growth. With a strong focus on Customer Centricity, you'll work closely with customers to understand their challenges, support their operational goals and deliver tailored solutions.

You'll apply Innovation to uncover market opportunities, identify emerging customer needs and provide valuable input into product development initiatives. Embracing a One Team mindset, you'll collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Development and Commercial teams to ensure customers receive exceptional support and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing regional sales and growth strategies

Managing key customer relationships and account plans

Identifying and converting new business opportunities

Growing market share across Bradken's Fixed Plant product range

Providing market intelligence, forecasts and pipeline reporting through Salesforce

Supporting product development opportunities based on customer and market insights

Achieving regional sales and gross margin targets

Leading improvement initiatives that enhance business performance and customer outcomes

About you:

You are a commercially astute sales professional with a strong technical understanding of mining and mineral processing operations. You enjoy building trusted customer relationships, developing growth opportunities and delivering results.

You will bring:

A background in Engineering, Mining, Business, Trade or a related discipline

Experience in a technical sales role within mining or associated industries

Knowledge of grinding mills, crushers and mineral processing operations

Strong commercial and business acumen

The ability to interpret engineering drawings and communicate technical solutions

Experience developing sales strategies, budgets and growth plans

Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills

A willingness to travel regularly within the region

A Trade, Mining or Extractive Metallurgical background and exposure to export/import requirements will be highly regarded.

Based in Port Hedland, this remote role will see you working closely with customers across the region, developing strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities that create value for both our customers and Bradken.
