Intern, Business Technology
Responsibilities
We are looking for an Intern, Business Technology Program Management to join our growing Business Technology Team; this is a rare opportunity to own a high-visibility project from day one and directly shape how our team works. You won't just be crunching numbers, you'll be uncovering hidden patterns in our operational data, building intelligent systems to make sense of it, and turning your findings into solutions leadership will act on.
In this role, You will also be responsible to:
Partnering with team leads to explore operational data across multiple sub-teams and turn it into something usable
Classify and categorize data to surface patterns, and build an automated process to maintain it
Quantify the trends and benchmarks that address the operational questions the business is asking
Identify and document the underlying drivers of operational load, supported by data evidence
Propose solutions, including AI-driven and automation-based approaches where appropriate, and define how their success will be measured
Design and build a live tracker that continues to surface insights beyond the initial analysis
Manage the work as a program: set milestones, align stakeholders, and document your approach
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
Currently pursuing a degree/masters in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
Strong interest in data, project management, and Agile methodologies
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is a plus
Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques
Interest in AI and its practical application to real business problems
Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization, and comfort handling large, varied datasets
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
Proactive and comfortable working through ambiguity, with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement
Strong communicator, able to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights
Thinks analytically and grounds recommendations with evidence rather than assumption
