Inside Sales Representative – Full-Time, $20/hr + Commission

Location: Orlando, FL (On-site)

Pay: $20/hr + Uncapped Commission (Top performers earn $60k+)

About the Role

American Management Services Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to make outbound calls, connect with business owners and C-level executives, and schedule high-value appointments. If you’re driven, goal-oriented, and ready to grow your sales career, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

Make 150+ outbound calls daily to qualified business leads

Research prospective customers to understand industry and needs

Schedule appointments for senior consultants

Manage and track leads in Salesforce

Log communications and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

B2B sales experience preferred

Comfortable with high-volume calling

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable

Computer skills and reliable attendance
