What You'll Do

• Source and engage healthcare professionals across the US

• Build and manage candidate pipelines

• Screen, qualify, and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey

• Coordinate onboarding and compliance processes

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful placements

What We're Looking For

✔ 6+ months of US Healthcare Recruitment experience

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Experience sourcing through job boards, social media, and databases

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

✔ Willingness to work US shifts from the office
