The role
Tavily is building the search infrastructure for the agentic AI era. As AI agents move into production, reliable access to real-time information is becoming critical infrastructure.
We are looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to build the ecosystem that accelerates Tavily's growth through strategic technology, OEM, distribution, and go-to-market partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:
Define and execute Tavily's strategic partnership strategy
Identify, develop, and close high-value partnerships across AI labs, model providers, cloud platforms, infrastructure companies, and enterprise technology providers
Build OEM, embedded, distribution, and co-selling partnerships that drive ARR and adoption
Develop executive-level relationships with key strategic accounts and partners
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to turn partnerships into measurable business outcomes
Build the processes, strategy, and operating model to scale Tavily's partnerships function
We expect you to have:
5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or related leadership roles
Proven track record of building and closing complex technology partnerships
Strong network across AI, cloud, SaaS, or developer infrastructure
Executive presence with exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
Commercially driven with a demonstrated ability to turn partnerships into revenue
Entrepreneurial, highly strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.
Base Compensation Range
$302,100—$377,600 USD
