About the role

This is a new role. There's no playbook to inherit. You'll write it. You'll join Growth Marketing and report to our VP of Growth Marketing. You'll mine sales, marketing and product usage data to build audiences, find expansion opportunities in our customer base, automate the manual work our team does today, and run experiments that show what's working. You'll also bring our Clay program in-house and become the team's go-to builder.

For your first few months, you'll work through a backlog we've already built. After that, you set the agenda: spot the gaps, pitch the fix, build it and show what it moved. We’ll measure success from meetings and pipeline from audiences you built, expansion revenue from accounts you flagged and manual work your builds removed.

You'll work every day with our customer marketing, digital, events and SDR teams, and with RevOps. Most of them are in the US. Our stack: Clay, Claude, HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake and Heap. You’ll liaise with our Business Analytics team, based in India, as an additional data resource.

Your first six months

Own our Clay program end-to-end.

Build a wallet-share view of our customers: who uses which products, how much they process and where the expansion is.

Give our SDRs sharper audiences, segmented by vertical, lifecycle stage and buying signals, and scored against what our closed-won deals look like.

Enrich event and target-account lists so our team walks into every event knowing who to meet.

Connect campaign activity to pipeline in HubSpot and Salesforce so we can see what's working.

Clean up and document what you inherit so every build after it goes faster.

After that

Bring us ideas every week, ranked by what they'd move: pipeline, expansion or retention.

Size a new segment fast. We name the market. You give us a TAM and SAM we can act on, from our data and public sources, in days.

Take on builds for the rest of Growth Marketing: brand, content, digital, customer marketing and events.

Run tests on audiences, messages and channels, and tell us what changed the number.

What matters most, in order

You own things. You spot the problem before anyone assigns it, pitch a fix, build it and measure it. If every project on your resume started with someone telling you what to build, this isn't the role for you.

You're commercially minded. You measure your work in pipeline and revenue, not activity. You've tied marketing work to pipeline or revenue before. You know when an 80% answer today beats a perfect answer in three weeks.

You build. You've shipped automations, agents or data workflows that run on real GTM data. You write SQL. You can write or direct code (Python or JavaScript) that calls an API and moves data. Code written with AI counts, as long as you can explain it and fix it when it breaks.

Also required

Clear, confident spoken and written English. You'll work live with US-based marketing and RevOps leaders every day.

Hands-on HubSpot or Salesforce. You've built lists, workflows and reports, not just read them.

4+ years in B2B marketing, sales, RevOps, growth or GTM engineering. Agency and freelance work count. Be clear about which work was yours.

Nice to have

Clay. You'll own ours, so real Clay builds put you at the front of the line.

Experience at a lending, fintech or B2B SaaS company that sells to US buyers.

Snowflake or another data warehouse. Heap or another product analytics tool.

Intent data (6sense, Bombora, ZoomInfo) and GA4.

LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or workflow tools like n8n, Zapier or Make.
