Global Talent Partner (3-Month Contract)
About the Job:
We're looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join our People Strategy team on an initial 3-month contract. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role where you'll partner closely with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and Corporate teams to attract exceptional talent in a fast-paced, global environment.

What you'll do
Own full-cycle recruitment from kickoff through offer across multiple business functions.
Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and advise on market trends.
Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
Conduct recruiter screens and present thoughtful, high-quality candidate shortlists.
Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Manage pipelines, interview scheduling, and recruiting data within Greenhouse.
Collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting operations and hiring processes.
What you'll bring
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment.
Experience hiring across a variety of functions, including Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Previous experience using Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships remotely.
A proactive, organized, and highly autonomous working style.

Contract details
Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with potential to extend.
Location: Fully remote from the United Kingdom, Spain, or the Czech Republic.
Engagement: Independent contractor.
Hours: Full-time preferred (approximately 40 hours/week), with 3–4 hours of overlap with U.S. business hours.
