About the role:

Fingerprint is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our lean, high impact marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Field & Partner Marketing, this role is focused primarily on building and scaling Fingerprint’s strategic field marketing execution. This is a highly visible builder role for someone who thrives in fast moving environments, embraces ambiguity, and wants to help shape how a high growth B2B SaaS company scales its GTM strategy.

You’ll work cross functionally with Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing leadership to launch strategic GTM motions and accelerate pipeline growth. In support of the broader Field & Events organization, you’ll contribute to pipeline driving field programs, hosted experiences, executive engagement moments, and strategic event execution.

Responsibilities:

Execute regional field events tied to ABM and enterprise pipeline generation strategies, including executive dinners, roundtables, hosted experiences, trade shows and partner enabled events

Lead onsite logistics, vendor coordination, attendee management, and operational execution across conferences, activations, and hosted programs

Analyze, track and report on event ROI, pipeline influence, sourced opportunities, and engagement metrics

Influence the strategies for pre-event and post-event communications, executive outreach, attendee experiences, and follow-up coordination

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure event alignment with broader GTM priorities

Negotiate and execute contracts for large- and small-scale events

Collaborate with our design team to ensure all aspects of our presence, merch and collateral represents the Fingerprint brand

Qualifications:

4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including experience in field marketing

Experience supporting field marketing programs including executive events, ABM activations, conferences, and regional demand generation programs

Strong project management and operational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create partner facing collateral, internal enablement materials, presentations, and executive communications

Comfortable working cross functionally across Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership

Data driven mindset with experience tracking performance metrics, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and a high level of autonomy

Willingness to travel for events, partner meetings, and strategic programs (approximately 30-40%)

You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box

Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom

Nice to Have:

Experience at a fraud prevention, identity verification, cybersecurity, fintech, or enterprise SaaS company

Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, PRM systems, and marketing automation platforms

For US-based employees, the cash base compensation range for this role is $139,000 - $160,000. We set standard ranges for all US roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. However, these ranges are specific to the hiring location and may differ within or outside the US. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
