Executive Assistant
About the Role:
CoreWeave is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing team. At CoreWeave, we are building the next-generation public cloud for accelerated workloads.
This role will support a senior executive and members of their leadership team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, experienced Executive Assistant or project manager who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility, composure, and a good sense of humor.
The individual in this role will understand business priorities, proactively anticipate needs, and identify opportunities to improve processes and create capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information is essential, along with the professionalism to work effectively with senior executives and stakeholders both inside and outside the company.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing complex tasks with minimal guidance, responding with appropriate urgency when priorities shift, and taking effective action even when they may not have the full picture. They will also be a collaborative team player who can build strong working relationships across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense report preparation and submission.
Organize and support team activities, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team events.
Track key deliverables, follow up on outstanding action items, and help drive work through completion.
Create, compile, and maintain regular reporting and other key documentation.
Partner closely with the leadership team to provide day-to-day organizational support.
Collaborate with other Executive Assistants on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Draft, edit, and format documents and communications.
Who You Are
3–5+ years of experience providing executive support at the VP level or above.
Project management experience.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
Experience planning and coordinating events, meetings, and off-sites.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proactive and able to anticipate executive and team needs.
Highly motivated and organized, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and coordinate across multiple locations and time zones.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, changing environment.

The base salary range for this role is $98,000.00 to $143,000.00. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
