We are looking for an experienced ERISA class action attorney to drive the firm's emerging ERISA class action practice.

What You Will Do
Build and litigate ERISA class actions from the theory stage through trial
Collaborate with a talented team of employment and ERISA attorneys across the firm's national platform
Contribute to the strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice
What We Are Looking For
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing in the state where you are based
Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience — plaintiff or defense side — including extensive experience in breach of fiduciary duty cases involving retirement or health benefits
Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience
A collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to build and grow within a high-performing team
