Role Summary

This position is in charge to make sure al due processes are being done on time, efficiently and within the quality standards that each one has, also making sure everyone is fulfilling their designated role, keep up with deadlines and quantities of jobs that are being worked on.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Supervision of personnel and machinery

Ensure quality standards on material and procedures

Keep track of material during each individual phase

Ability to communicate in efficient ways to large groups of people

OTHER FUNCTIONS

Knowledge of operational procedures of distinct types of machinery

Knowledge of all paperwork used within the supervised areas

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Being able to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Being able to bend down and carry up to 40lbs.

Being able to push and pull pallets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Being able to read and write

Being able to follow instructions

Strong communicational skills

Must be able to handle large groups of people at once.

Education/Experience:

2–4 years production experience, preferably in print or card manufacturing.

Strong adaptability and attention to detail.

Skills/Knowledge:

Good organizational and planning skills

Decision making ability

Good verbal and written communication skills

Leadership qualities

Professional attitude

Follow up skills

Self-Starter

Maintaining cleanliness through out department.
