About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports AtriCure’s marketing and communications objectives by creating, editing, and managing digital content that engages key audiences and strengthens the company’s online presence. This role executes social media content strategies, develops compelling written and multimedia content, supports influencer and employee advocacy initiatives, and amplifies AtriCure’s educational, clinical, corporate, and brand messaging across digital channels.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, this position translates complex information into engaging content that advances awareness, education, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, write, and edit engaging social media content aligned with brand, campaign, and business objectives.

Schedule approved content through social media management platforms and ensure timely execution.

Partner with AtriCure’s internal teams to gather content from professional education courses, healthcare professional training, conferences, and other events for use on corporate social channels.

Monitor social channels and conduct social listening to identify trends, engagement opportunities, and relevant conversations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts to develop compliant, engaging social content.

Support cross-functional marketing initiatives and keep content projects on schedule.

Develop AtriCure’s influencer program and monitor online conversations among healthcare professionals.

Provide AtriCure content to key opinion leaders, healthcare systems, and employee advocates.

Repurpose long-form content into social media assets, blog articles, website content, infographics, short-form videos, and other digital formats.

Organize and manage digital creative assets and content libraries.

Produce monthly social media reports and provide performance-based recommendations.

Write, edit, and proofread digital content, including blog articles, website copy, and social media copy.

Assist in developing creative briefs and content requests for internal creative teams and external agencies.

Help coordinate deliverables from external creative and video agencies.

Support video content production by coordinating content needs, collecting assets, and assisting with review processes.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or a demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Advanced knowledge of leading social media platforms and how they can be leveraged for a brand.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including expertise in writing for social media.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong prioritization and time-management skills, with a demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and multitask as required.

Sound decision-making, good judgment, and an effective, collaborative working style.

Experience managing a brand’s social media presence is highly preferred.

Experience with social media scheduling, publishing, analytics, or listening tools is advantageous.

Working Conditions:
