Core Infrastructure - Senior Specialist
About the Role
Toradex is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to support and evolve our global IT infrastructure environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, security and scalability of our server, cloud and network platforms across multiple locations worldwide.
The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure operations experience with expertise in cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.
Maintain the availability, performance and security of server platforms and core infrastructure services.
Administer Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization platforms and cloud infrastructure.
Support enterprise networking, connectivity and remote access solutions.
Manage backup, disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
Monitor infrastructure health, performance and capacity.
Lead infrastructure improvement and modernization initiatives.
Provide Level 3 support for critical infrastructure issues and incidents.
Collaborate with Security, Engineering and Workplace teams to deliver stable and secure services globally.
Required Experience & Skills
Available to work Hybrid from Toradex Office in Campinas-SP.
Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Infrastructure & Cloud
Azure and/or AWS
Windows Server and Linux Administration
VMware, Hyper-V or similar virtualization platforms
Infrastructure monitoring and performance management
Backup and disaster recovery solutions (Anti-Ransomware solutions experience is a plus)
Networking
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN
Routing, switching and VLANs
Enterprise wireless and network security concepts and administration
Security
Endpoint and infrastructure security
Identity and access management
Security hardening and vulnerability remediation
Zero Trust and cybersecurity best practices.
Nice to Have
Microsoft 365 infrastructure administration
Experience in Security Scorecard plataform
Zscaler implementation and administration are a plus
Microsoft Defender
Infrastructure automation and scripting
Experience in global multi-site environments
