Your day-to-day is…
To support the day-to-day operations of the office and ensure the workplace is clean, organized, safe, and functioning effectively along with assisting with in-office meetings and events and basic facilities-related requests
Maintain office supplies, pantry inventory, stationery, and other workplace essentials.
Giving friendly, top-notch office assistance to all Zocdocr’s
Owning the relationship with our various office vendors (i.e. lunch, coffee, fruit vendors, etc.)
Ensuring team members are enjoying lunch, snacks, and drinks provided by the office
Owning our supply inventory, ordering, and receiving operations as well as receiving and sorting mail/packages of up to 40 pounds
Support seating arrangements, employee moves, and workspace requirements as needed.
Provide logistical support for office events, celebrations, employee engagement activities, leadership visits, and team meetings.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
2–4 years of experience in office administration, workplace operations, facilities coordination, hospitality, or a similar role.
Experience coordinating with vendors and managing invoices, office supplies, events, or facilities services is preferred.
An attitude to take on ownership and following issues through to resolution.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer and technology skills; you will need to operate on different technology platforms throughout the day (Google Suite, Slack, internal ticketing and messaging system (Jira), online ordering system)
Strong organizational skills. The office has complex needs, so multitasking and problem-solving abilities are essential
Strong written and verbal communication
