About You
You are a highly motivated professional ready to drive our B2B growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building face-to-face relationships, and possess a strong background in financial services or payment technology.
You are comfortable acting as an ambassador for Tide, introducing SMEs to our core products including business current accounts, card payment terminals, and business insurance solutions. Build partnerships and close business to build a robust pipeline across your designated territory.
Own the full sales cycle from initial field contact through to closing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new members.
2) Product Pitching & Partnership Development
Confidently demonstrate and sell Tide’s core product suite, specifically focusing on business current accounts, commercial insurance, funding options, and card terminal solutions.
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with local business hubs, accountants, and SME networks to drive referrals and scale customer acquisition.
3) Office Collaboration & Event Networking
Maintain a full-time, 5-day-a-week schedule operating across the field and the office.
Align with the wider sales team, optimize pitch strategies, report on market intelligence, and manage the administrative aspects of the sales cycle.
Actively represent Tide at industry events, trade shows, business exhibitions, and local networking sessions to build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
