Brand Events Manager
We believe bringing the Figma brand to life through in-person experiences is a critical part of how we engage with our community. As a Brand Events Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of our brand-focused events — from intimate gatherings to large-scale activations — and conceptualize, produce, and measure those experiences. You'll sit within our Experiential Marketing team and work closely with brand, creative, and comms to create meaningful brand experiences that resonate with the Figma community. This is a great fit for someone who lives at the intersection of brand and experiential production, has experience growing and scaling teams, and knows how to balance strategy with execution.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Develop and execute brand events, ensuring alignment with Figma's broader brand and marketing objectives
Lead end-to-end production of Figma-owned brand events, including concept development, creative direction, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event analysis
Collaborate closely with the brand creative team to develop compelling event identities, spatial design concepts, and experiential elements that bring the Figma brand to life
Develop and manage relationships with external production agencies, venue partners, and experiential design firms
Track and report on event performance metrics, connecting brand events to awareness, sentiment, and affinity goals
Grow and scale the Brand Events team
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Have 10+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or brand activations, ideally at a high-growth technology company or creative agency
Have extensive experience managing the full event lifecycle — from strategic planning and creative concepting through production, on-site execution, and post-event measurement
Are skilled at working with creative teams and external agencies to develop spatial design concepts, visual identities, and experiential elements for events
Have experience growing and managing teams.
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Experience using Figma

If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
