Manager, Recruiting
As a Recruiting Manager you will lead, mentor, grow, develop and hire a team of recruiting professionals supporting multiple business functions across our Corporate Functions. We are seeking a strategic leader who can set longer term goals and objectives to support the business and partner with our hiring leaders to execute best in class recruiting practices, create belonging, and scale our winning culture. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers
Act as a trusted partner to Business Leaders to understand needs and align recruiting resources accordingly in order to achieve goals
Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a long term recruiting strategy that continues to bring in exceptional talent to Figma
Build a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale
Assess and improve upon recruiting best practices across all Corporate Functions teams
Take ownership for complex change initiatives to achieve business results

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive environment with 4+ years of people management experience
Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies and initiatives
Managed hiring across multiple business units and levels up to Senior Director
Experience and understanding of how to build a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth
Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, bias disruption, organizational design relative to team, engagement/retention strategy and strong performance management.
A deep passion for and understanding of diversity, belonging, and inclusion
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience leading recruiting for functions like Finance, Legal, People, Talent and Marketing

Pay Transparency Disclosure
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.

Additional benefits may include company recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, and a number of lifestyle spending accounts. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law.
Annual Base Salary Range:
$169,000—$296,000 USD
