As an AVP, Enterprise Delivery & Transformation, you will act as a strategic horizontal connector across all delivery functions, enabling the Chief Trust Officer to operate at the CEO-interface level by absorbing the cross-functional coordination load. You will unify our strategic and execution goals by owning our integrated roadmap, enterprise AI governance, and the foundational delivery operating model. Ultimately, your role ensures that our cross-functional programs are seamlessly prioritized and executed without bogging teams down in traditional, heavy PMO bureaucracy.

What Will You Do?

Own and maintain the integrated 90-day and annual roadmap, as well as the capacity and portfolio view, across Information Security, IT, Enterprise Apps, and Enterprise Data & AI.

Define and maintain the organization’s delivery framework standard, leading major transformation programs and assigning TPMs to coordinate dependencies across functions.

Run the enterprise AI governance program, establishing AI usage policies, approved tool catalogs, adoption metrics, and AI performance frameworks.

Design and run the cross-functional planning cadences, including quarterly portfolio reviews and monthly sessions focused on risks, trade-offs, and execution dependencies.

Manage strategic communications from the CTO to the business and CEO, while owning the escalation channel to proactively surface and resolve cross-functional blockers.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Extensive strategic leadership experience acting as a proxy or connective layer for C-level executives (e.g., CTO or CIO).

Proven track record of defining and running complex delivery frameworks, portfolio reviews, and agile planning cadences for technical delivery functions.

Experience leading major transformation programs spanning multiple technical domains without relying on traditional, reporting-heavy PMO structures.

Demonstrable experience building and managing technology governance programs, specifically regarding enterprise AI usage policies and tool catalogs.

Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to manage reporting up to the CEO and board levels.
