We are looking for an Executive Product Leader to own Platform and User Experience — bringing together the technical foundation that powers our products and the design experience our customers rely on every day. This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role responsible for a major part of our product organization, leading a team of one Senior Director and three Directors, and partnering directly with Engineering, Product, Security Research, and Go-to-Market executives to shape the future of the platform.

This role sits at the center of two disciplines that are often led separately — platform architecture and product design — and requires a leader who can move fluidly between technical strategy (multi-tenancy, RBAC, sovereignty, FedRAMP, API architecture) and design strategy (research, design systems, and AI-driven UX transformation), unifying both into a single coherent product vision.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

Own the strategy and roadmap for the Singularity Core Platform, including multi-tenancy, RBAC, region deployment, sovereignty, FedRAMP, and API surfaces.

Lead the UX Design team through a transformation toward AI-driven product delivery, emphasizing design judgment and strategic thinking over pixel-level mockups or prototypes.

Lead the UX Research team across the full portfolio, validating product direction against real customer and practitioner feedback.

Guide major investment and build-vs-buy decisions, balancing speed, scalability, and cost.

Direct the evolution of shared platform services — data foundation, APIs, and integrations — that power detection, response, and analytics across the portfolio.

Set the bar for product design and UX, helping security practitioners move from signal to action with speed and clarity.

Drive a consistent design system and research practice across the entire product suite.

Lead and develop a team of 1 Senior Director and 3 Directors, building a scalable, high-performing organization and growing the next generation of product leaders.

Partner with Engineering, Product, Security Research, and GTM leaders to align platform and design decisions with business outcomes, representing the function in executive planning.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Minimum Qualifications (MQ)

12–15+ years of experience across platform engineering, product design/UX, or a combination, with progressively senior leadership roles at high-growth technology companies.

Direct experience in cybersecurity, enterprise security, or a closely related security-critical domain — this is a strong requirement for this role, not simply a nice-to-have.

Proven experience managing multi-layered organizations (managers and directors, not just individual contributors), with a track record of developing leaders into stronger leaders.

Demonstrated track record setting and executing strategy for both a technical platform and a design/UX function.

Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence, with experience operating as part of an executive team and communicating platform/design strategy to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Design, HCI, Engineering, or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications (PQ)

Cybersecurity industry experience is very strongly preferred; candidates with a proven background in security products, threat detection, or security operations will be prioritized.

Prior experience building products for security operations, IT operations, DevOps, or other technical, high-stakes practitioner audiences.

Familiarity with the architectural demands of AI-native and data-intensive platforms — real-time analytics, large-scale data pipelines, and the tradeoffs of building a unified data foundation.

A strong point of view on design for complexity — how to make dense, high-stakes workflows (alerts, investigations, response actions) feel clear and fast rather than overwhelming.

Experience in or deep familiarity with FedRAMP, regulated environments, or other high-trust industries.

Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
