POSITION SUMMARY:

The Associate Product Marketing Manager – Cardiac Surgery is responsible for marketing and lifecycle management of Concomitant Surgical Ablation products. This role requires basic market and clinical knowledge, including active engagement in surgical cases with sales partners to deeply understand therapy adoption, clinical workflows, and customer needs.

The role leads cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, support new product and clinical program expansion, and optimize full product lifecycle performance. The Associate Product Marketing Manager partners closely with Sales, R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Finance to ensure effective commercialization, compliance, and sustained growth.

This individual serves as a key voice of the customer and business leader, influencing strategy, representing Product Marketing on cross-functional teams, and driving innovative solutions to complex challenges across the franchise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

Develop foundational expertise in target markets, clinical applications, and therapy adoption; support surgical case observations to gather insights and build clinical awareness

Support building and maintaining relationships with physicians, clinicians, hospitals, and KOLs; assist with voice-of-customer efforts and incorporate insights into marketing deliverables

Assist in developing franchise strategy inputs and execute product roadmap initiatives, including go-to-market plans, segmentation, positioning, and patient-focused messaging

Support execution of marketing programs across channels (education, tradeshows, digital, social) and align with field sales to drive awareness and adoption

Contribute to product lifecycle management activities, coordinating cross-functional inputs across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations

Support product and data launch execution, ongoing commercialization, and pipeline-related activities

Collect and analyze data and analytics to support strategy development, performance measurement, and decision-making

Monitor competitive landscape and support translation of insights into actionable recommendations

Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory and quality standards; support review and approval processes for materials and content

Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and problem-solving efforts across functional areas

Contribute to broader portfolio and strategic planning initiatives through analysis and executional support

Participate in and support cross-functional teams; represent Product Marketing to ensure alignment and execution of priorities

Execute core marketing operations, including content updates, internal communications, and digital asset management

Support sales training, onboarding, and product launch readiness activities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, biomedical engineering, or a related field

Minimum of one to four (1-4) years successful sales/marketing or related experience

Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, such as engineering teams

Builds and nurtures relationships internally and with external customers

Analytical and strategic, effective technical writer, and strong moderator/presenter

Hands-on and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to travel 20-35% domestic

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

MBA or advanced degree

Medical device experience, especially cardiac surgery or cardiovascular

Clinical experience in acute or outpatient setting

Experience with international organizations and customers

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed

Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Minnesota pay range

$105,000—$120,000 USD
