As an Antifraud, Payment and Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating and processing incoming and outgoing customer payment requests, conducting KYC verification reviews, and ensuring that fraud prevention, risk mitigation and customer due diligence procedures are consistently followed, in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What the role involves

Perform risk assessments of new and existing players throughout the customer lifecycle.

Monitor, investigate and act upon suspicious or fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, identity theft, multiaccounting and other risk-related cases.

Identify fraud patterns, linked accounts and coordinated fraud networks through data analysis and behavioural indicators.

Review and manage KYC processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and a seamless customer experience.

Support payment operations by monitoring transactions, investigating discrepancies, and handling daily reconciliations, chargebacks and payment-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Collaborate with AML, Customer Engagement, Product and external service providers, as well as within the team, to resolve risk and payment-related matters whilst promoting knowledge sharing and operational excellence.

Act as a first line of defence for fraud and payment risk, escalating and managing cases where appropriate.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud prevention controls, operational workflows and internal procedures.

What we are looking for

Strong interest in building a career within antifraud, payments and risk.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, sound decision-making, and effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with high attention to detail.

Strong written and spoken English.

Fluency in Greek.

Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.

Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.

Strong determination and persistence in achieving goals and meeting deadlines.

Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and operational demands.
