Pediatrician Opportunity – Outpatient with Newborn Rounding | Confidential Client

A well-established, community-focused healthcare group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values autonomy, strong OB referral relationships, and a predictable weekday schedule in a supportive rural health environment.

Practice Highlights

Join a collaborative team of 8 total providers

Be the solo Pediatrician within the group

Strong built-in referral base from local OB providers

Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

No weekend clinic hours

Average 20–25 patients per day

Shared 1:3 call schedule with Family Medicine physician in town

Very light call volume (~180 deliveries annually)

Hospital & Clinical Responsibilities

Admit and round

Newborn rounding required

Support a Level I Nursery (~180 deliveries annually)

Provide emergency C-section coverage only when requested by OB (rare)

Access to Level III NICU in Savannah for higher-acuity transfers

Compensation & Benefits

$250,000 base salary + production bonuses
