As an Administrative Assistant I you will provide day-to-day administrative support under direct supervision.  The Administrative Assistant I position must have strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality at all times. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask, prioritize and, project a professional image.

What it takes:

High school diploma or GED, 0 to 3 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications)

Communication skills, both oral and written: accurate, clear and concise

Notary Public licensure or the ability to be trained and licensed as a Notary Public

Ability to assist management with development and assembly of presentation materials.

Facilitate invoice billing: internal invoices and tracking/management of payment status

Track and record payroll records. Perform transactional data entry into systems with a high degree of accuracy. Scan, organize, and file payroll documents.

Other duties as assigned.
