The mission of the Investor Relations team at Robinhood is to help the company's stock price reflect its intrinsic value over time. To do this, the team focuses on building investor understanding through clear and transparent disclosures, increasing investor confidence through regular access to management, and sharing investment community perspectives with leadership to inform strategic and operational decision-making. We work closely with Finance, Corporate Communications, Legal, and the business to execute a best-in-class IR program.
We're looking for an experienced Manager of Investor Relations to join our team and contribute across every part of Robinhood's IR program. Reporting to the Director of Investor Relations, you'll work directly with the CEO and CFO on earnings, investor marketing, and external disclosures — playing a high-visibility role at a pivotal moment in Robinhood's growth as a public company.
This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected 3 days per week.

What you'll do
Develop a deep understanding of Robinhood's business, financial model, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with the IR team and cross-functional partners across Finance, Corporate Communications, and Legal on all aspects of the IR program
Manage the quarterly earnings and monthly metrics reporting processes end-to-end
Lead the creation of public disclosures, including the quarterly earnings release and presentation and monthly metrics
Help prepare the CEO and CFO for quarterly earnings calls, including prepared remarks and Q&A
Lead ongoing IR marketing efforts and help prepare executives for investor conferences and non-deal roadshows
Participate in ongoing investor events, both executive-led and IR-led
Independently lead one-on-one meetings with shareholders and analysts where relevant
Build and maintain strong relationships with the investment community, including buy-side investors, sell-side analysts, retail shareholders, and finance content creators
Synthesize insights from shareholders and analysts to provide context for management decision-making
Lead the development of new external disclosures, including a new investor presentation
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CFA and/or MBA preferred
5+ years at a public company, including hands-on investor relations experience
Experience in financial services and/or broker-dealers preferred
Deep understanding of financial statements and metrics analysis
Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to provide both tactical and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the investment community

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$136,000—$160,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$120,000—$141,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$106,000—$125,000 USD
