3PL Operations Manager
The 3PL Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and performance management of iFIT's North American third-party logistics partners. This role ensures product flows accurately and efficiently from inbound containers through final shipment, acting as the primary point of contact between iFIT's internal operations and external 3PL providers. The 3PL Manager owns vendor accountability, order integrity, invoice accuracy, and continuous improvement across the logistics network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
3PL Vendor Management
Own day-to-day relationships with North America 3PL partners, including regular cadence meetings and onsite QBRs to drive performance and accountability.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for 3PL operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Order Management and Fulfillment Oversight
Review iFIT open order reports and compare to 3PL workflow dashboards to ensure dwell time accuracy.
Ensure inbound orders are received, routed, and shipped accurately and on time; monitor exceptions and resolve delays proactively.
Order pallets for all inbound containers and communicate with 3PL partners regarding incoming shipments.
SLA and KPI Performance Tracking
Define, track, and report on key metrics including fill rate, on-time ship, dwell time, and accuracy.
Hold 3PL partners accountable to agreed service levels; identify and escalate underperformance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal Sales and Customer Service teams to address order stagnation, dwell time issues, and logistics escalations.
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on inventory status and fulfillment updates.
Invoice Review and Accuracy
Review all 3PL invoices submitted to iFIT for accuracy prior to payment approval.
Identify billing discrepancies and drive resolution with 3PL billing teams.
Process Improvement and Standardization
Identify operational gaps across 3PL sites, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations
Direct experience managing or working alongside 3PL providers
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience with order management processes including routing, carrier selection, and exception handling
Ability to travel regularly between the US, Canada, and Mexico
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Spanish language proficiency
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Experience leading or participating in 3PL RFP processes including requirements gathering, vendor scoring, and selection
Contract negotiation experience with 3PL providers including rate cards, SLAs, penalties, and renewal terms

Pay Range:
$85,000—$95,000 USD
