Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to be responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, storing, and issuing project materials in support of construction and field operations. This role ensures inventory accuracy, verifies material condition and documentation, maintains calibration certificate records, coordinates with Project Managers and Construction Managers, and supports timely field turnover of approved materials.
You will:
Receive incoming materials at the warehouse and verify quantities, manufacturer, model, and overall accuracy against project requirements.
Visually inspect all received materials for defects, damage, or other issues before placing items into approved inventory.
Verify that required calibration certificates are present, accurate, and match the serial numbers on applicable devices.
Separate BIM issue and warranty materials from standard inventory and clearly identify items with the appropriate BIM issue number or warranty designation.
Notify the Project Manager and Construction Manager immediately when shortages, defects, discrepancies, or missing calibration certificates are identified.
Ensure no defective material or material missing required calibration documentation is released into ready-for-field inventory.
Upload, catalog, and maintain calibration certificate records in the E Tech Group Warehouse Smartsheet by project/building, manufacturer, model, and serial number.
Maintain BIM issue and warranty certificate records in the appropriate Smartsheet, including project/building, BIM issue number, manufacturer, model, and serial number.
Verify field material requests using the Project Material Tracker and confirm that requested materials and quantities are accurate prior to turnover.
Generate turnover documentation after material quantities have been verified and coordinate field acceptance signatures.
Notify the Project Managers and Construction Managers once the turnover process is complete and provide a digital copy of the turnover sheet.
Maintain organized inventory areas and conduct quarterly inventory counts to verify accuracy.
Perform quarterly audits of Smartsheet and Material Tracker data to confirm records remain accurate and up to date.
Follow company safety, organization, and material handling practices while supporting warehouse and field operations.

You have:
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, material management, or construction support.
Strong attention to detail and ability to verify material quantities, model numbers, serial numbers, and required documentation.
Ability to use Smartsheet, spreadsheets, or similar tracking systems to maintain accurate inventory and certificate records.
Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate clearly with Project Managers, Construction Managers, field personnel, and warehouse staff.
Ability to identify discrepancies, escalate issues promptly, and follow established processes for remediation.
Understanding of safe material handling practices and warehouse organization requirements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and timely field support.
