The Role
Hands-on fulfillment role responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, staging, and loading orders while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety, and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Verify, stage, and prepare completed orders for dispatch
Load and unload delivery vehicles and incoming freight
Receive and organize incoming product
Assist with product intake, labeling, printing, and required METRC/dispatch documentation
Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate product locations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work cross-functionally with warehouse and delivery teams to meet daily deadlines
Ideal Candidate
1–3 years of warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, 3PL, or similar experience
Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
Able to repeatedly stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, lift, and move product throughout the shift
Experience with scanners, WMS, or warehouse equipment preferred
Reliable, accountable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently while following established processes and priorities
Coachable and adaptable with a strong team-oriented approach
Cannabis experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
Must be comfortable using ladders and loading/unloading from top shelves
Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
Basic math skills
Must be at least 21 years of age or older
Exceptional customer service skills
